Oh wow, the time has flown by so incredibly fast since March.. something’s been going on every single minute since I last posted in here. That’s the funny part about this whole blog idea, when I’m the most busy and I have the most fun things to share and write about I feel like I don’t have a spare second of time or any extra energy to put aside for writing. But give me a couple of good nights sleep and a few days on the countryside visiting my family in Norrköping and I get the biggest urge to write again!
Life’s been amazing since March, I’m so grateful for every single day! So many great events, so much traveling and wonderful people I’ve had the pleasure working with! It doesn’t happen very often but once in a while I just have to pause and try to get it all in. I’m living the life I was dreaming of 5 years ago! I’m my own boss, I decide what I want to do and what I don’t. I’m working with something I’m extremely passionated about, flowers, people and managing a business. I get to travel, experience cultures and meet new friends all over the world. Listen to their stories. Cooperate with their businesses, get inspired and learning from their experiences.
If I would try to summarize the last 6 months it would take me a while.. ok let me try just quickly! I’ve been traveling so, so much. First the world tour with iDeal of Sweden 3 weeks in April! Where I went physically to Berlin, Amsterdam, NYC, Chicago, Miami, Houston, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Montreal, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney!! And mentally I was managing events on 20 more places all around the world. It’s probably the biggest challenge I’ve succeeded with so far! It was an amazing experience and I’m so grateful for it! May continued with a couple of events in Stockholm, for brands like Make Up Store, Green Beauty Fair, a release party for Bianca Ingrosso’s perfume, more events with iDeal of Sweden and Silja Line and also a really big wedding with a famous Swedish football player, right before the World Cup. June continued the same way with a lot of corporate events and also a business trip to gorgeous Copenhagen, visiting a couple of wholesalers. Later that month my best friend Josefin turned 25 and we celebrated it big time! Midsummer came and then me and Nina moved into our unbelievably amazing apartment with the most gorgeous sea view. June and July went by strikingly fast with events and weddings (totally amazing ones, I have the best clients and bridal couples) just lining up after each other. I found a gap in the end of July and went on a spontaneous trip to the French Riviera with my friend Lisa who I met on a entrepreneur inspiration meeting earlier this year. We had such a great time in every single way!! We talked business strategies all day and partied in St Tropez and Monaco all night! Haha I have so many amazing memories from that trip! In the beginning of August my best friend got married in NYC, I cried when I delivered the bridal bouquet - first time I’m making a bridal bouquet to someone that stand me so close. Such a big moment for me and to be there watching my amazing friend marry the love of her life and then share the whole day and night with them, their closest friends and family was just so wonderful I can’t even describe it in words. Straight after the wedding I went home and down to the west coast of Sweden, Gothenburg, for a big event with Hoss Agency and Warner Music! We created a massive hanging floral installation with disco balls included. Ended up so fabulous and I’ve dreamed a long time of creating an installation just like it!!! The day after my aunt Frida got married with her Fredrik. We’ve all been longing for the day to come and it was the sweetest most wonderful wedding I could ever think of! End of August I went to Copenhagen again for a Vogue workshop with Sandra Åberg and 5 other amazing photographers, it was so much fun and made me realize I need to do more styled shoots and also work more with incredibly talented Sandra! Straight from CPH I went to Colorado Springs with my brother and sister in law to celebrate the marriage of our friends Zach & Melissa. Such a lovely 4 nights spent in the most amazing company and in the gorgeous nature of Colorado. After Colorado I had 2 days back home in Sweden filled with events for Stockholm Fashion Week and then I went straight to Berlin for the big IFA Fair to build iDeal of Sweden’s stand and decorate it with floral design, it all turned out so divine and we finished it all with a grand finale at Bar Tausend just like last year. We also made a big event with iDeal back home in Stockholm a couple of days after coming home from Berlin and that was last week so yeah.. hahahah I thought I overrated when I said I haven’t had a spare minute since March but it is kind of true! Now I have spent one week in Norrköping, trying to catch up on the book keeping and family time.. next week I’ll be back in Stockholm for a couple of events and then I’ll fly to Milan on Monday 24th for a wedding at Lake Como, so excited about it and the carousel will start spinning again!
Right now I’m in a time for a change tho, I’m very happy where I am but it’s time to make big moves. New directions and time to develop ideas I’ve been working on for a long time! Well have a good night y’all, lots of love.
